Dena Hindi is a Miami Based artist, born of Levant, Egyptian, and Hispanic decent. Through the continued journey of discovering herself through art, she felt a a strong tie to her ancestral roots. Personal experiences inspire Dena to tell a story through her art work whilst also paying tribute to her culture. The Hieroglyphs used in the background of her paintings actually state the following: The story of a child of God who lost her way but has found it again. The star girl who was gifted with the golden hand was given a second chance. The more that she sees the more that she knows she doesn't know anything at all, but God. It is important to Dena to thank God for the talent she was given in some way through her art.
